Accurate Intervention
"A" from South West Nova Scotia, is 4 years old and has a significant problem with the retina and optic nerve in her right eye . The Spectralis OCT would allow much clearer images of the actual problem. Unlike some of the other testing it can be done without an anesthetic because it is so rapid and painless. Its precision would help more clearly identify the problem and have early, accurate intervention.
